VHM was
created to assist investors with their real estate needs.
Whether it is rental properties, a second home or a relocation.
We want them to have the confidence that their investment
will be taken care of the same way we want our own taken care
of.
Our real
estate rental experience began in 1998 when upgrading to larger
home. We have been buying, selling, remodeling, renting/managing
ever since.
Biographies

Brenda
Larson, Designated Broker, has over 20
years of experience in financial & operational management
in diverse businesses including real estate investing,
reprographics and manufacturing. She has been a licensed
realtor since 2008 and became a broker in 2011. She has
been actively managing residential properties since 1998
and has also been a developer of a rural subdivision.
After staying at many vacation rentals over the years,
decided to be part of the team to offer quality vacation
rental management thru VHM – Vacation Home Management
& Realty. |

Erik
Boschee, Sales Agent, with over 10 years
of Real Estate background. He worked for a great Reprographics
company after high school and spent 9 years at that company,
prior to starting up his own company in May of 2007 in
Minot, ND. Having built that company to a successful level,
and ready for a change in profession, he decided to sell
that company and become part of the team of VHM Property
Management & Realty, in October of 2011. He has stayed
in many different vacation homes through the years and
decided that it really does help make someone’s
vacation a little more enjoyable staying at a nice, clean,
updated and well accommodated home that they can enjoy
like their home. |

Amber
Morgan, Sales Agent, has a degree in
Interior Design from NAU in 2009. She began decorating
homes in 2004 and will be offering professional photography,
interior decorating, property management and sales in
real estate. She was a project manager in 2009-2011 for
a large real estate investment company and decided to
join the team of VHM in October 2011. |
